From Digital Twin pilots to real-world decisions

A 4-hour, in-person working session for leaders who want to approach Digital Twins pragmatically — and make them work in practice

In this closed session, we show how Digital Twins are already being used to support real operational and business decisions.

You will see concrete Digital Twin solutions, walk through real cases we have built, and understand how organisations move from early pilots to systems that are actually used in daily operations.

This session is not about validating existing beliefs. It is about showing what works - and what quietly stops most initiatives from scaling.

Seats are limited to 30 participants. Some of the material shared can’t be shown publicly.

How the session works

This is a compact, closed working session - not a conference.

The session is built around real cases and real constraints, not theory or trend overviews. Everything shared is grounded in practical experience from running Digital Twins in operational environments.

You will experience:

  • Walkthroughs of two concrete Digital Twin cases used in practice (Hamburg Smart Bridge and MTI Firefighters)

  • Selected demonstrations from running operational solutions

  • The practical framework we use when moving Digital Twins beyond pilots

  • Open discussion based on shared experience and real trade-offs

Due to confidentiality, some of the material shown at this session will not be accessible afterwards.

Meet our key speaker

Markus Meyer-Westphal, our CEO of Kruso in Germany, has built and led Digital Twin initiatives that moved beyond experimentation and into daily operations. He works with Digital Twins where they must support real decisions in complex, asset-heavy environments.

The framework shared in this session is developed through hands-on work with running solutions - not theory or conceptual models.

Who should attend

This session is designed for participants with real responsibility and mandate.

It is relevant if you:

  • Have ownership or decision-making responsibility - not just curiosity

  • Work with operations, assets, or complex systems

  • Are accountable for decisions that must hold up over time

Participation is kept deliberately small to ensure meaningful discussion.
